1.Introduction

Kreator Bee “we”,”us”, or “our”) operates as a dual marketplace, connecting creators, affiliates (Bee Partners), and learners to facilitate course hosting, affiliate marketing, and community engagement. This document governs your access to and use of the Platform, including all associated tools and services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately. These Terms operate in conjunction with Kreator Bee’s Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, and any inconsistencies shall be resolved in favor of the specific terms applicable to the context.

These Terms are in compliance with Indian laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and are designed to protect the rights and responsibilities of all parties.

Scope of Services:

Kreator Bee provides a dual-sided marketplace where:

  • Creators can host and monetize pre-recorded courses.
  • Affiliates (Bee Partners) can promote these courses and earn commissions.
  • Learners can access high-quality educational content across various niches.

Governing Laws:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000, governing the operation of digital platforms and data protection.
  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring fair practices for creators, affiliates, and learners.
  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872, regulating agreements and obligations between Kreator Bee and its users.

Updates to Terms:

Kreator Bee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Such updates will be effective upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions shall apply:

The term “Platform” refers to the website www.kreatorbee.com, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services provided by Kreator Bee, which facilitate course hosting, affiliate marketing, and learner engagement.

The term “Services” encompasses all features, tools, functionalities, and offerings provided by Kreator Bee through the Platform, including but not limited to hosting pre-recorded courses, enabling affiliate-driven marketing, processing payments, and providing analytics dashboards.

The term “User” collectively refers to all individuals or entities who access or use the Platform or Services, including:

(a) Creators, who register on the Platform to upload, host, and monetize their courses;

(b) Affiliates (Bee Partners), who promote courses hosted on the Platform in exchange for commission-based earnings; and

(c) Learners, who purchase and access courses made available on the Platform.

The term “Content” refers to all forms of data, materials, or media uploaded or created by Users on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, documents, and other intellectual property submitted in connection with courses or marketing campaigns.

The term “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under applicable laws, including but not limited to names, contact details, payment information, and identification documents.

The term “KYC (Know Your Customer)” refers to the verification process mandated by Kreator Bee to confirm the identity of Creators and Affiliates. This process includes the submission of government-issued identification (such as PAN or Aadhaar) and other supporting documents.

The term “Account” refers to the unique registration created by a User on the Platform to access and utilize the Services provided by Kreator Bee.

The term “Payment Gateway” refers to a third-party service provider facilitating secure online transactions between Users and Kreator Bee, including the processing of course purchases and affiliate payouts.

The term “Prohibited Activities” encompasses actions that violate these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the distribution of unlawful content, fraudulent practices, spamming, and unauthorized access to the Platform.

The term “Community Features” refers to the interactive tools and functionalities provided on the Platform, such as forums, messaging systems, and comment sections, which facilitate collaboration and engagement among Users.

The term “Payouts” refers to the disbursement of earnings derived from course sales or affiliate commissions, processed in accordance with Kreator Bee’s payment policies and applicable legal requirements.

The term “Intellectual Property” refers to all proprietary content, trademarks, logos, designs, and other materials owned or licensed by Kreator Bee, as well as User-generated content, to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

The term “Effective Date” refers to the date on which these Terms of Use come into force, as indicated at the beginning of this document.

3. Eligibility

The use of the Platform and its Services is subject to the following eligibility criteria, and by accessing the Platform, Users represent and warrant that they meet these requirements:

3.1 Minimum Age and Legal Capacity

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an Account, access the Services, or engage in any activity on the Platform. Users below the age of eighteen (18) may access the Platform only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor.

Users also affirm that they possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are not barred under any applicable laws or regulations from accessing the Platform.

3.2 Account Registration and Verification

To utilize certain Services on the Platform, including hosting courses or participating as an affiliate, Users are required to register for an Account. By registering, Users agree to:

(a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process;

(b) Maintain and promptly update Account details to ensure accuracy; and

(c) Safeguard login credentials, including passwords, to prevent unauthorized access to their Account.

Kreator Bee reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information or Accounts used in violation of these Terms.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirements

Creators and Affiliates are required to complete KYC verification as a condition for accessing payment-related features, including payouts. KYC verification may involve submitting government-issued identification documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, or equivalent, along with any other documents deemed necessary by Kreator Bee to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in restrictions on Account usage or access to certain Services.

3.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Platform and its Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where accessing or using the Platform would violate local laws or regulations. Kreator Bee reserves the right to restrict or deny access to Users residing in or accessing the Platform from such prohibited jurisdictions.

3.5 Parental and Guardian Responsibilities

In cases where minors are permitted to access the Platform under parental or guardian supervision, the parent or guardian agrees to:

(a) Monitor and take full responsibility for the minor’s activities on the Platform;

(b) Ensure the minor’s compliance with these Terms and applicable laws; and

(c) Accept liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the minor’s use of the Platform.

3.6 Disqualification

Kreator Bee retains the sole discretion to disqualify or restrict access to any User who:

(a) Fails to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this section;

(b) Has been previously suspended or terminated from the Platform for violations of these Terms; or

(c) Engages in activities deemed harmful to the Platform’s reputation, integrity, or functionality.

4. User Responsibilities

By accessing and using the Platform and its Services, all Users agree to abide by the following responsibilities and obligations. These responsibilities are critical to maintaining the integrity and functionality of Kreator Bee.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, course creation, affiliate promotions, or any other activity on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Personal details provided during Account creation;

(b) KYC documentation submitted for verification purposes; and

(c) Course descriptions, pricing, and promotional content uploaded by Creators.

Users agree to promptly update any information that becomes outdated or inaccurate. Kreator Bee reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

4.2 Compliance with Platform Policies

Users agree to comply with all Kreator Bee policies, including community guidelines, content standards, and ethical practices for affiliate marketing. This includes adhering to the rules outlined in these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in any activities that:

(a) Violate applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards;

(b) Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Kreator Bee or any third party;

(c) Disseminate harmful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content;

(d) Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform’s systems;

(e) Use bots, scripts, or other automated processes to manipulate the Platform or its Services;

(f) Promote fraudulent schemes, spamming, or phishing activities; or

(g) Misrepresent themselves, their affiliations, or the content they promote.

Kreator Bee reserves the right to investigate and take action, including suspension or termination of Accounts, against Users found engaging in prohibited activities.

4.4 Security and Confidentiality

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including passwords, and for all activities that occur under their Account. Users must immediately notify Kreator Bee of any unauthorized access or suspected breaches of their Account.

4.5 Ethical Use of Services

(a) Creators must ensure that courses hosted on the Platform are accurate, relevant, and do not contain plagiarized or infringing material.

(b) Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and avoid making false or exaggerated claims about the courses they promote.

(c) Learners must use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless explicitly authorized by Kreator Bee.

4.6 Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report any violations of these Terms or suspicious activity to Kreator Bee through the designated support channels. Kreator Bee will investigate all reports and take appropriate action as deemed necessary.

4.7 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kreator Bee, its affiliates, employees, and directors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

(a) Their use of the Platform or Services;

(b) Violations of these Terms; or

(c) Infringement of intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

5. Platform Features and Usage

Kreator Bee provides a diverse range of features and functionalities to cater to its Users, including creators, affiliates, and learners. By accessing and utilizing these features, Users agree to comply with the rules and guidelines associated with each functionality.

5.1 Course Hosting for Creators

Creators are granted access to tools and resources that allow them to upload, manage, and monetize pre-recorded courses. This includes:

(a) Content Management: The ability to upload videos, documents, and other course materials to be hosted securely on the Platform.

(b) Customization Options: Features to white-label courses, set pricing, and design branded course landing pages.

(c) Analytics Dashboards: Real-time insights into course performance, including sales, engagement metrics, and affiliate-driven traffic.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their courses:

(a) Comply with applicable laws and do not contain prohibited or infringing content;

(b) Provide accurate and non-misleading descriptions, titles, and marketing materials; and

(c) Meet the quality standards outlined in Kreator Bee’s community guidelines.

5.2 Affiliate Marketing Tools for Bee Partners

Affiliates (Bee Partners) can utilize specialized marketing tools to promote courses and earn commissions. This includes:

(a) Promotional Assets: Creators may provide approved marketing materials, such as banners, flyers, and video snippets, for affiliate use.

(b) Commission Tracking: Affiliates can monitor their earnings, conversions, and referral data through a dedicated dashboard.

(c) Lead Management: Tools to capture, track, and manage potential customer leads generated from affiliate campaigns.

Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and ensure that all promotional activities:

(a) Comply with consumer protection laws and advertising standards;

(b) Avoid deceptive or exaggerated claims about course content or benefits; and

(c) Do not harm the reputation of Kreator Bee, creators, or other affiliates.

5.3 Community Features

The Platform offers interactive tools to foster engagement and collaboration among Users. These features include:

(a) Forums and Messaging: Spaces where creators, affiliates, and learners can share ideas, provide feedback, and seek support.

(b) Comment Sections: Opportunities for learners to discuss course content and for creators to engage directly with their audience.

Users must use community features responsibly and avoid engaging in:

(a) Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior;

(b) Sharing inappropriate or offensive content; and

(c) Spamming or unauthorized solicitation of services.

5.4 Payment and Payout Processing

The Platform facilitates secure payment processing for course purchases and ensures timely payouts to creators and affiliates.

(a) Payments from learners are processed through third-party gateways, which may require additional verification.

(b) Weekly payouts are disbursed to creators and affiliates after deducting applicable fees and verifying compliance with KYC requirements.

(c) Kreator Bee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party gateways or banking institutions.

5.5 Limited License for Platform Use

Kreator Bee grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes described in these Terms. Users shall not:

(a) Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform’s software or functionality;

(b) Use the Platform for purposes not expressly authorized by Kreator Bee; or

(c) Violate intellectual property rights associated with the Platform or its Services.

5.6 Service Availability

Kreator Bee strives to provide uninterrupted access to its Services; however, Users acknowledge that:

(a) Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

(b) Kreator Bee is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service disruptions or unavailability.

5.7 User Feedback on Features

Users are encouraged to provide feedback on Platform features. Kreator Bee reserves the right to use, implement, or monetize such feedback without obligation to compensate Users.

6. Licensing and Intellectual Property

Kreator Bee is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of its Users and the Platform itself. By using the Platform, Users agree to the following terms governing ownership, licensing, and restrictions on intellectual property:

6.1 Ownership of User-Generated Content

Creators and Affiliates retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content they upload or create on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, promotional materials, and related assets. By submitting content to the Platform, Users grant Kreator Bee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

(a) Host, store, and display the content on the Platform;

(b) Modify, reproduce, and distribute content for promotional and operational purposes;

(c) Enable other Users, such as Affiliates, to use the content as permitted under these Terms.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their content:

(a) Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;

(b) Complies with applicable laws and Kreator Bee’s community guidelines; and

(c) Is free from plagiarism, unauthorized materials, or copyrighted content without proper licensing or permissions.

6.2 License to Use the Platform

Kreator Bee grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for purposes described in these Terms. Users agree not to:

(a) Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform’s code, design, or functionality without prior written consent from Kreator Bee;

(b) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;

(c) Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

6.3 Ownership of Kreator Bee Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, designs, and proprietary content, is owned exclusively by Kreator Bee or its licensors. Users agree not to use Kreator Bee’s intellectual property without explicit authorization. This includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Republishing or reproducing any part of the Platform without permission;

(b) Using Kreator Bee’s logos, trademarks, or other branding for personal or commercial purposes without prior approval.

6.4 Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If a User believes their intellectual property rights have been violated by another User or content on the Platform, they may submit a written complaint to Kreator Bee’s designated support team at support@kreatorbee.com. The complaint must include:

(a) A description of the intellectual property allegedly infringed;

(b) Proof of ownership of the intellectual property in question;

(c) Details about the infringing content or activity, including its location on the Platform.

Kreator Bee will investigate all complaints promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing infringing content, suspending accounts, or reporting the issue to authorities if required.

6.5 Indemnity for Intellectual Property Breach

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kreator Bee, its affiliates, employees, and directors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

(a) The use of infringing content uploaded or shared on the Platform;

(b) Violations of third-party intellectual property rights; or

(c) Misrepresentations regarding ownership or permissions for content used on the Platform.

6.6 Consequences of Violation

Users who breach the intellectual property provisions of these Terms may face the following actions, at Kreator Bee’s sole discretion:

(a) Suspension or termination of their Account;

(b) Removal of infringing content from the Platform;

(c) Legal action or penalties under applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Kreator Bee facilitates secure transactions and offers transparent payment structures for its Users, including Creators, Affiliates (Bee Partners), and Learners. By using the Platform, Users agree to the following terms regarding payments, fees, and refunds:

7.1 Payment Obligations for Learners

Learners purchasing courses on the Platform agree to:

(a) Pay the full amount specified at the time of enrollment, including applicable taxes and processing fees.

(b) Ensure that payment details provided are accurate, current, and authorized for use.

(c) Acknowledge that payments are processed through third-party gateways, which may require additional verification.

All payments made by Learners are final and non-refundable unless specified under the refund policies in this section or otherwise required by applicable law.

7.2 Fees and Payouts for Creators

Creators agree to the following terms related to hosting courses on the Platform:

(a) Kreator Bee may charge a service fee or retain a percentage of the revenue generated from course sales as specified in the Creator Agreement or pricing terms.

(b) Payouts to Creators will be processed weekly, subject to the completion of KYC verification and deduction of applicable service fees.

(c) Payouts are disbursed directly to the bank accounts provided by Creators, and any errors or delays caused by incorrect account details shall be the Creator’s responsibility.

Creators acknowledge that:

(a) Taxes applicable on earnings (e.g., GST or income tax) are their sole responsibility, and Kreator Bee may deduct taxes at source as required by law.

(b) Kreator Bee reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of disputes, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these Terms.

7.3 Commission Structure for Affiliates (Bee Partners)

Affiliates participating in promotional campaigns agree to the following:

(a) Affiliates earn a commission on successful course sales generated through their unique referral links, as specified in the commission structure.

(b) Commissions are credited to the Affiliate’s account upon confirmation of the sale and processed for payout during the next weekly cycle.

(c) Kreator Bee may adjust commission percentages or structures at its sole discretion, with prior notice to Affiliates.

Affiliates are required to maintain ethical promotional practices and comply with Kreator Bee’s marketing guidelines. Failure to do so may result in commission forfeiture or account suspension.

7.4 Refund Policies

Refund requests will be addressed as follows:

(a) For Learners: Refunds may be issued if:

  • The purchased course is not delivered as described or contains technical issues that prevent access.
  • The refund request is submitted within the specified refund window outlined at the time of purchase.
    (b) For Affiliates: Commissions are non-refundable once credited to the Affiliate’s account, except in cases of chargebacks or fraudulent transactions.
    (c) For Creators: Service fees or deductions made by Kreator Bee for hosting or processing transactions are non-refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted through the designated support channel and accompanied by sufficient proof to substantiate the claim. Kreator Bee reserves the right to investigate and resolve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7.5 Chargeback Policy

In the event of a chargeback initiated by a Learner:

(a) The affected transaction will be reversed, and the Creator and Affiliate will forfeit their earnings from the sale.

(b) If the chargeback is deemed fraudulent, Kreator Bee may take legal action against the User responsible.

(c) Repeated chargebacks associated with a specific Account may result in suspension or termination of the Account.

7.6 Taxes and Compliance

Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on earnings or transactions conducted through the Platform. Kreator Bee may provide necessary documentation, such as invoices or earnings statements, to assist Users in meeting their tax obligations.

7.7 Payment Disputes

In case of disputes related to payments, commissions, or refunds, Users must contact Kreator Bee’s support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction in question. Kreator Bee will investigate the matter and provide a resolution at its sole discretion.

8. Community and Affiliate Engagement

Kreator Bee fosters collaboration and interaction among its Users, including creators, affiliates (Bee Partners), and learners, through community features and affiliate-driven marketing opportunities. By participating in these activities, Users agree to abide by the following terms:

8.1 Community Guidelines

Users engaging in discussions, forums, or other interactive features on the Platform are required to:

(a) Maintain a respectful and professional tone when communicating with other Users.

(b) Avoid posting content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise violates applicable laws or these Terms.

(c) Ensure that all contributions to community discussions are relevant to the subject matter and do not constitute spam or unsolicited promotions.

Kreator Bee reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates community guidelines or disrupts the intended purpose of these features. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8.2 Affiliate Code of Conduct

Affiliates (Bee Partners) are granted access to tools and resources to promote courses effectively while adhering to ethical marketing practices. Affiliates agree to:

(a) Represent the courses they promote accurately and avoid making exaggerated, false, or misleading claims.

(b) Use only approved promotional materials provided by creators or Kreator Bee.

(c) Avoid employing deceptive practices, such as unauthorized endorsements, clickbait, or automated traffic generation.

(d) Comply with applicable laws, including advertising standards and consumer protection regulations.

Affiliates found in violation of these provisions may face disciplinary action, including forfeiture of commissions and account suspension.

8.3 Creator Responsibilities in Affiliate Engagement

Creators collaborating with Affiliates to promote their courses must:

(a) Provide accurate, high-quality marketing materials that Affiliates can use in campaigns.

(b) Avoid creating promotional content that could mislead Affiliates or learners about the course content or benefits.

(c) Ensure timely communication with Affiliates regarding course updates, pricing changes, or promotional campaigns.

Creators are prohibited from directly incentivizing Affiliates to engage in unethical practices, including false advertising or unauthorized promotions.

8.4 Learner Conduct in Community Features

Learners interacting with creators or Affiliates through community tools must:

(a) Ask constructive, relevant questions about course content or promotions.

(b) Avoid harassing or targeting creators, Affiliates, or other learners.

(c) Comply with Kreator Bee’s community standards to maintain a positive learning environment.

Learners who violate these guidelines may lose access to community features or face other penalties.

8.5 Reporting Misconduct

Users are encouraged to report any violations of these engagement terms, including unethical Affiliate practices, misleading promotional content, or inappropriate behavior in community features. Reports can be submitted to Kreator Bee’s support team at support@kreatorbee.com. Kreator Bee will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include:

(a) Moderating or removing offending content;

(b) Penalizing the User responsible for the violation; or

(c) Suspending or terminating the accounts of repeat offenders.

8.6 Kreator Bee’s Role as an Intermediary

Kreator Bee acts as an intermediary, facilitating connections between creators, Affiliates, and learners. Kreator Bee does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or success of any promotional activities or community interactions conducted on the Platform. Users acknowledge that:

(a) Kreator Bee is not liable for disputes or misunderstandings arising between creators, Affiliates, or learners.

(b) Users participate in community and Affiliate activities at their own risk and are responsible for conducting due diligence before relying on information or promotions.

8.7 Termination of Community or Affiliate Access

Kreator Bee reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to community features or Affiliate tools for any User found to:

(a) Repeatedly violate these engagement terms;

(b) Harm the reputation or integrity of Kreator Bee through unethical conduct; or

(c) Engage in illegal activities or fraud.

9. Misuse and Violations

Kreator Bee is committed to maintaining the integrity, security, and professionalism of its Platform. Users are expected to use the Platform and Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Any misuse or violation of these Terms may result in immediate action, including suspension or termination of access.

9.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

(a) Unlawful Activities: Engaging in activities that violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to fraud, cybercrimes, and intellectual property infringement.

(b) Dissemination of Harmful Content: Uploading, sharing, or promoting content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to individuals or groups.

(c) Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data on the Platform through hacking, phishing, or other malicious means.

(d) Automated Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or other automated methods to manipulate the Platform’s features, including analytics, reviews, or engagement metrics.

(e) Spamming and Solicitation: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotions to other Users.

(f) Impersonation and Misrepresentation: Pretending to be another User or Kreator Bee representative or providing false information to manipulate transactions or interactions.

(g) Interference with Services: Disrupting the functionality of the Platform through malware, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful activities.

9.2 Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report any misuse, suspicious activity, or violations of these Terms to Kreator Bee’s support team at support@kreatorbee.com. Reports must include sufficient details to facilitate investigation, such as:

(a) Description of the suspected violation;

(b) Supporting evidence, including screenshots, links, or correspondence; and

(c) Identification of the User(s) involved in the alleged violation.

Kreator Bee will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action based on the findings.

9.3 Investigations and Actions

Kreator Bee reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may take the following actions, at its sole discretion:

(a) Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the Account of the offending User;

(b) Remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms;

(c) Withhold payouts or commissions associated with fraudulent or prohibited activities;

(d) Report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with investigations.

Users acknowledge that Kreator Bee’s decisions regarding violations and actions are final and binding.

(a) Permanent ban from the Platform without eligibility for appeal;

(b) Forfeiture of earnings, commissions, or refunds;

(c) Legal action for damages, including costs associated with investigations or remediation efforts.

9.6 Kreator Bee’s Disclaimer of Liability

Kreator Bee shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by Users as a result of actions taken under this section, including suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities. Users agree that the enforcement of these Terms is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Termination by the User does not exempt them from liability for prior actions or obligations incurred before the termination date.

(b) Payouts and Balances: Any remaining payouts or balances owed to the User will be withheld until compliance with these Terms is verified.

(c) Content Removal: Kreator Bee may remove the User’s content, including courses and promotional materials, from the Platform.

(d) Forfeiture of Earnings: Earnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activities may be forfeited.

Kreator Bee shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from termination.

Suspended Accounts may be reinstated upon resolution of the underlying issue or completion of the investigation.

13.6 Reactivation of Accounts

Users whose Accounts were voluntarily terminated or suspended for non-critical reasons may request reactivation, subject to:

(b) Payment of any outstanding balances or fees; and

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of User data;
  • Any transactions or interactions conducted on the Platform; or
  • Downtime, interruptions, or other issues affecting the availability of the Platform.

    (c) Any claim arising out of the conduct of another User, including Creators, Affiliates, or Learners.

(b) The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform;

(d) The security of User data against unauthorized access or breaches caused by external factors.

Users agree that they use the Platform and its Services at their own risk.

(b) Kreator Bee is not liable for any opinions, comments, or content posted by Users in review sections or forums.

(c) Kreator Bee reserves the right to use aggregated or anonymized feedback data for marketing, research, or promotional purposes.

16.5 Removal of Content

Kreator Bee reserves the right to remove feedback, reviews, or ratings that:

(a) Violate these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws;

(b) Are flagged as abusive, fake, or irrelevant by other Users;
